About Cilliers and Belinda Coetzee:

Cilliers and Belinda Coetzee have been married for over 22 years and have been blessed with two children. They live in Vermont, part of the greater Hermanus area, in the beautiful Overberg region, just a 90-minute drive from Cape Town.

As a family, they enjoy the outdoors and camping, and they feel honoured to live in the beautiful Overberg region in obedience to God’s calling. They are passionate about God’s Kingdom and disciple-making, and about seeing God’s Kingdom established on earth as it is in heaven.

Cilliers and Belinda have been involved in ministry over the past 22 years. They have been involved in and have led various ministries over the years, including children, teenagers, young adults, and adults, and have served in various ministry leadership positions while continuing to work in the marketplace.

Cilliers completed a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, specialising in youth work, in 2004 from the University of South Africa and was ordained as a minister at the Brackenfell Christian Centre, now Rhema Cape Town North Church. Belinda first completed a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Business Psychology from Stellenbosch University and

then went on to complete an Honours degree in Organisational Development in 2010 from the University of South Africa. She was ordained as a minister in 2020 at Durbanville Powerhouse Church.

God spoke clearly to them on 5 October 2017, when they were still living in Durbanville, and revealed that He was going to send them to the Overberg region, as people are hungry and God wants to bring revival to the region. God

miraculously opened a door for them to move to the Overberg in 2020, and in obedience, GK1 Church Hermanus’ first GEM (God Encounter Meeting) took place on 5 June 2022 in their home.
